HQ Music is a Brazilian music marketing and artist solutions agency founded by Marcella Micelli. Since 2019, we’ve been crafting culturally attuned strategies that connect artists, releases and brands to audiences in Brazil with relevance, precision and long-term vision.

Our work spans PR, promo, artist positioning, social strategy, audience development, partnerships and fan activations, combined in ways that are bespoke, creative and commercially aware. Every campaign is built around what makes each artist distinct and around what truly moves the market locally.

With deep roots in international marketing, HQ helps build meaningful presence, cultural resonance and lasting career value in Brazil – and increasingly across LatAm. Founder-led and backed by a predominantly female, multidisciplinary team, HQ combines strategic rigor, creative fluency and local market intelligence across every project.

In 2025, HQ Music was named Digital Strategy & Services Agency of the Year at Brazil’s Music Professionals Awards (Prêmio Profissionais da Música). The agency also received a Prêmio Live – widely regarded as one of Latin America’s top recognitions in brand experience and live marketing – for the Linkin Park “From Zero” pop-up store in São Paulo, the first by an international artist in Brazil.

Marcella Micelli is a music marketing executive, creative strategist and entrepreneur with 12+ years of experience across music, media and entertainment. After roles at Universal Music, NBC/Globosat and independent agencies/outlets, she founded HQ Music in 2019.

Today, she leads the company with a sharp focus on artist positioning, campaign strategy and long-term growth, while also teaching Music Marketing within the Music Branding Program at ESPM, one of Brazil’s leading institutions in communication, marketing and business.

Celebrating over 20 years in the music industry, Danielle Lage has dedicated 13 of those years to international marketing.

With experience across both local independent and multinational labels such as UMG and BMG, she joined HQ as a partner to lead Business Development and support the company’s expansion, always with a strong commitment to excellence.
